Caroline Dunn is quite used to setting winemaking records - while at the University of Adelaide she won more winemaking prizes than any student has ever collected before or since and in 1999 hers became the first female name to adorn the Jimmy Watson Trophy. Her red wines have also won gold medals and trophies at almost every major wine show in Australia and abroad. She also was awarded the Dux of the inaugural Len Evans Wine tutorial in November 2001. Caroline came to wine through some of Sydney's finest restaurants and her wines have an emphasis on fruit ripeness and a savoury structure, making them perfect partners to great Australian food. Caroline is well on her way to becoming one of Australia's truly great red winemakers.
