La Baracca Trattoria cuisine is inspired by seasonal produce, the
menu changes fortnightly. La Baracca Trattoria
embodies the delightfully chic rustica feel of T'Gallant.
Louise Lechte continues to oversee the kitchens of La Baracca and
the Spuntino Bar, ensuring the intrinsic values are maintained;
simplicity, curiosity and a relaxed, friendly approach. People have
come to expect a simple, seasonal menu with depth of flavour.
The La Baracca wine list showcases a range of T’Gallant’s
premium varietals and blends, it also offers some additional Victorian
wines, sparklings and fortifieds.
The trattoria is open 7 days for lunch from midday; with the exception
of New Years day, Good Friday and Christmas day, extended dinner
hours over Spring and Summer.
