Pinot Grigio [gris] |
| Pinot Grigio is the Italian name for the French
variety Pinot Gris. The Italian tendency to pick the grapes earlier
produces a racy, savoury style. The French wait for riper flavours
and the palates are fuller and fatter. T'Gallant make both wine
styles from their many vineyards. T’Gallant established Pinot
Gris as a premium variety in Australia.
