Botrytis

Io Pinot Gris 2001 (eye-oh)

The lusciousness of a cream sherry with the delicacy of a fino. It is in the order of 16% alcohol with 14 grams residual sugar. Despite all the alcohol, the palate is not hot, in fact is rather luscious. We suggest drinking with cheese after the meal or with terrine or some rich frivolity at the beginning of the meal. $29
