The Wolf Blass Classics are hallmarks of
winemaking and viticulture in Australia - the very best examples
of varieties and the regions for which they are best known.
The wines are unique expressions of the vineyard, combined with
the world-class winemaking skills of the Wolf Blass team. Wolf
Blass Classics represent the pinnacle of winemaking each vintage.
At the completion of each vintage particularly
high quality fruit is set aside by the Wolf Blass winemakers
for blending into the Presidents Selection wines. These wines
aim to be the truest expression of the philosophy of our founding
president Wolf Blass who has always been passionate about three
principles in winemaking - quality, character and consistency.
For over thirty years, Wolf Blass has crafted
wines outstanding wines from fruit grown in South Australia's
premier wine producing regions. The Wolf Blass winemakers produce
a range of world-class wines from classic grape varieties grown
in the Barossa, Clare and Eden Valleys, McLaren Vale and the
Limestone Coast.
Wolf Blass Premiums are a versatile range
of wine styles, from crisp dry rieslings and chardonnays to
soft, easy drinking red wines. Fruit is sourced from a range
of vineyard sites across southeast Australia to ensure consistency
of style and quality from year to year. Our winemaking team
select the grape varieties that best match the regions, to ensure
that each wine is a fine expression of the quality of our vineyards.
