Now as Group Sparkling Winemaker, Chilly has the chance to indulge his greatest passion - creating great Australian sparkling wine.

Major winemaking trophies/achievements/critical reviews:

Ingoldby Cabernet Sauvignon 1998 took out the Kemeny's Perpetual Trophy for the Best Value Dry Red Table Wine of the Competition, Year 2000 Sydney International Wine Competition


Hobbies/habits/quirks:Has own six-acre vineyard in the Piccadilly Valley producing small quantity of Sparkling wine, Pinot and Merlot. Music fan - Puccini, Maria Callas and Judy Collins. Sports Fan - AFL Soccer and Cricket. Loves Food and Wine.

Goals:Continued improvement in wine quality of all brands managed. Ultimate goal is to manage all Foster's European wine making operations.
